Red wine for a healthy dine

Benjamin Franklin once said "Wine is constant proof that God loves us and loves to see us happy.". From the first neolithic man more than 8000 years back in the cradle of wine at valleys of Georgia, red wine has been the most popular throughout the dining tables, all over the world.

Red wine has many chemicals which have healing values. Out of them flavanols, flavonols, flavanones, flavones, tannins, anthocyanins, hydroxycinnamic acids, hydroxybenzoic acids, and resveratrol are most beneficial.

Red wine has benefits such as prevention of heart disease, diabetes, and cancers. The nectar is renowned for its antioxidant ( prevention of destructive effects of aging ) and protective effects on kidney for people with kidney diseases.
